Readers

Magellan PJM RFID readers are high performance standalone network devices optimised for applications where a reliable dynamic identification of high quantities of RFID tagged objects is required.

Along with the MARS reader family, Magellan has developed a variety of readers, including standalone desktop readers and tunnel readers, suitible for a multitude of applications.

Antennas

Magellan Technology provides a range of advanced antennas that are specifically designed to ensure optimal performance with PJM readers and tags. 
Advanced PJM RFID antennas are optimised for end-user applications and when used with Magellan’s PJM tags and readers ensures that the highest communication speeds between tags and readers are achieved.

Tags and Chips

Magellan tags are single chip Wireless, Rewritable Memory Products operating at the internationally recognised 13.56 MHz HF frequency band.  The tags are passive (do not have on board batteries) and are powered, read and written to by Magellan Readers.

A wide variety of inlets and tags are available for a range of applications. All designs have different features and work differently with each reader.

Software

Magellan readers are supplied with the ReaderServer™ application running on-board. Magellan also continues to develop software to supplement their range of readers and antennas for specific applications.
